Inhouse Manager is a flexible and adaptable catering management system, which includes allergens and nutritional analysis.
It controls costs, tracks stock and automates your procurement to reduce administration and wastage, and puts you in complete control.
The software contains allergen information and a fully integrated nutritional analysis module.
Whether you have a single sites or multiple locations you can replicate your business into the software, giving you information about the separation of costs between sites and even different menus or sittings. The software is set up using your menus and your bespoke recipes, to which your suppliers and the relevant ingredients are linked. When uptake numbers are added to your menu, the system calculates the stock required, taking into account what is being held, and automatically places the orders with your suppliers.
We live in the real world, having decades of experience, and so adjustments can be made to stock, missed items on deliveries taken into account, and the ability to hold minimum and maximum amounts of buffer stock. You have full visibility of the orders being prepared by the system, and can make changes quickly and easily
There are different levels of service available from Inhouse Manager, so you can choose the right one for your business.
With the Fully Managed Service, we run the software for you and take responsibility for the provision of your ingredients. We pay the suppliers and then send a single weekly invoice to you. Under this option, the software is provided free of any licence fees or subscription costs.
With our Software Only option, you buy the software and use it to manage your business, with great back up and support from us. The software is provided in two parts - a windows application for your super users to set up and maintain the system, and a web portal for all other users. Users can be set up with the appropriate levels of access dependent on their role in the company. We offer a set up service where an experienced member of Inhouse Manager staff will stay on site and work with your super users to get you up and running quickly and efficiently.
Procurement Only gives you the ability to place orders with your suppliers through the system, without being linked to any menu or automated procurement - great if you provide a fluid service. Under this option, we again take care of your supplier invoices, combining them into a single weekly invoice to you. Again, the software is provided free of any licence fees and subscription charges under this option.
