Marston’s Telecoms go Beyond Connectivity at Restaurant and Bar Tech Live 2018
Restaurant and Bar Tech Live 2018, Europe’s leading event dedicated to the emerging technologies in hospitality, was a huge success for Marston’s Telecoms who exhibited at the show for the first time. Held at ExCel in London, the event was the perfect opportunity to engage with new and potential customers to discuss the product offering.
The Marston’s Telecoms branded ‘beer garden’ created a real buzz around the stand, giving visitors a unique experience. As specialists in the hospitality sector, Marston’s Telecoms recognises the importance of tailoring the product solution to the customer’s needs. Through the conversations held during the 2 day event, the team of experts were able to explain the roadmap that is put in place to work with each business on an individual basis. The pick and mix sweets complimented the personalised product offering and were certainly appreciated by visitors.
In other areas of the exhibition, Tony Ford, Managing Director, was joined by Russell Wood from Waypoint Leisure to present ‘Partners for Innovation – Beyond Connectivity’, focusing on gaming in the hospitality sector. Network Manager, Mike Paglia, joined ‘The Power of Communications Technology’ panel debate where experts discussed how to guarantee ROI which was certainly a highlight of the show.
The team were inspired by the innovations on display which underlined Marston’s Telecoms philosophy that the technology and digital revolution is the future to success within hospitality.
Greg Freeman, Sales Specialist at Marston’s Telecoms, said: The interactions we had with potential partners and retail customers were very enlightening. It was great to see how aware organisations are that in this day and age the engagement with their consumers via a variety of digital media is vital to their continued success and growth. Our ability to give control of the consumer experience and engagement back to the retailer was a key message from us and was very well received. They are fully aware that they have long been left in the dark by not having full ownership of their customer data. We have a simple yet effective way of giving this back to them. The visitors loved it!!
With a fantastic atmosphere, new contacts and most importantly new partnerships, Restaurant and Bar Tech Live was the place to be and Marston’s Telecoms will be back in 2019.
