World’s First Robotic Bartenders are Here to Disrupt the Industry

The world’s first land-based, partially robot operated bar, the Tipsy Robot, has opened in Las Vegas.

The 2,500 square foot bar will have two robotic arms, enabling it to be able to mix any kind of drink that their customers demand. Instead of going to the bar, customers place their order on one of the dozen tablet stations throughout the bar or through the Tipsy Robot app on their smartphone. A barcode is then sent to the robot to make the drink. Following this, customers are alerted on their app or via email when their drink is ready.

Owner of Tipsy Robot and president of Liquids Unleashed and Armeni Enterprises, Rino Armeni told Fox Business ‘’put it this way….they were very expensive,” and has explained that he got the idea when one of his business partners saw the robots on display at the Google I/O show in San Francisco last year.
