Panel Session - Food and Beverage Tech Trends
This session presented by the UK Chapter of the IFBTA, will provide a review of the current food and beverage technology landscape, and ask the panel of industry technology experts speak to where the technology is headed. Across the board in the global hospitality industry, huge strides are being made to provide tools to improve productivity, connect to guests and their needs, as well as to provide access to data at the decision-point in order to allow operators to run their business more efficiently. Such topics as the growing use of content management, mobility, payment technologies, along with loyalty and recognition will be discussed.
